Will you restore my machine?
The short answer is no. And the long answer is nooooooooo. But seriously, we have day jobs that have nothing to do with arcade machines and we take so very many hours to restore these machines that we could never make a living restoring them. We take our time with them and don’t adhere to any time tables or due dates which usually doesn’t work well for clients eager to see progress. We have also had difficulty getting fairly paid in full with clients in the past and have no desire to be bill collectors.
Do you ever sell the machines you restore
Yes, we do. Some machines we restore to keep, some we restore to sell, and others we restore for the National Videogame Museum (the one and only exception to question number 1). We will indicate the status of the machine on the last repair post.
I need help with my machine, can you fix it?
We cannot repair your machine but we are happy to point you in the right direction. Send us a message and we will do our best to either tell you how to fix it or attempt to direct you to a qualified professional.
